So it was that time again where Maarten and Zoe show the boys and girls who the boss is and they managed to retain their crown’s.
It was a little too cold for fast times, but the low winds helped with many of great performances, and PB’s by:

Also well done to all the first timers who will learn from doing this and will crush next month. I expect to see even more PB’s next month as people get used to pacing and intensity.
I had a crack later on but just didn’t have anything in the legs to challenge the Dutch Dynamo Maarten.
