Weekly Timetable

Whether you are just starting out, race competitively, training for triathlon or love running. From Mondays through to Sundays, Moore Performance has run options that will cater for your ability.

Monday

6-7am – Greenhouse Cafe at Centennial ParkThis run is just an easy run, where people will either just recover or get some good base miles. A great way to start the week.

Wednesday

18.30-19.30/45 – ES Marks TrackFocus on speed work, but relative to ability and target distance. Wide range of abilities catered for with focus on pacing and technique.

Friday

6-7am – Greenhouse Cafe at Centennial Park Run will be either hill, tempo or cruise intervals. Will set you up for the weekend.

Sunday

7am – Flagpoles in Centennial ParkLong run and will vary from week to week. Locations will also vary.

Our Runs: I believe that the key to running success is striking the right balance between Technique, Speed, Endurance, Strength, Nutrition and recovery sessions. Our run programs are specifically designed to improve you as a runner, keep you injury free and make you fast.
