Conor comes from an academic background in Nutrition (BSc, MSc), specialising in Nutrition Physiology and Exercise Physiology. He began his sporting pursuits in triathlon before pivoting to road racing and coaching in both. Conor has raced across Europe at the UCI level in road and XC mountainbike, as well as multiple top-10 finishes in his native Irish National Championships.

Conor’s experience with training from the novice to elite level combines with his evidence-based approach to nutrition to give a practical, no-nonsense coaching philosophy. Athlete-centred coaching means that the goals of the individual are pursued in a way which prioritises quality of life on a foundation of physical and mental health. Despite the academic background and serious training he does, Conor is a softie at heart who fundamentally loves riding bikes and wants everyone to get as much joy from it as he does!
