MOORE PERFORMANCE
is excited to announce the Next Level of Training with the introduction of INSCYD to its Training
WHAT IS INSCYD?
INSCYD gives you a 360 degree view of the athlete
INSCYD is the most advanced tool to analyze and plan endurance performance in athletes. INSCYD is a holistic tool, enabling innovative performance diagnostics to create a granular analysis of the physiology of an athlete and therefore the creation of highly individual and laser focused training programs.
WHO IS IT FOR?
INSCYD is for ALL athletes.
INSCYD will benefit your training schedule and performance with both a scientific foundation and precise predictability. With INSCYD not only will you gain a picture of your physical capacities but also a prediction of your training and racing outcomes.
The performance you are looking for is composed of a variety of components and metrics, but if you only focus on FTP, heart rate zones, or keep training only according to your Rate of Perceived Exertion, youโll miss accuracy and efficiency.
For example, with INSCYD you can finally understand the interactions between your aerobic system and your fuelling needs. Do you wonder, โHow much should I consume per hour in order to maintain my performance?โ With INSCYD, youโll know.
WHY WOULD I USE IT?
- Collects data
- Creates metabolic profile
- Predicts performance
- Generates and creates better / specific training programmes
WHAT DOES INSCYD PROVIDE ME WITH?
INSCYD gives you access to the best Metrics and the most unique features based on scientific research.
- VO2 Max – Aerobic Capacity.
- VLamax – Glycolytic Power.
- Anaerobic threshold.
- Economy / efficiency.
- Fat combustion.
- Carbohydrate combustion.
- Fatigue and recovery.
- Energetic contribution.
- Fatigue and recovery.
- Fat and carbohydrate combustion.
- Composition of power output.
WHAT DOES THE TEST INVOLVE?
There's quite a lot of detail that goes into the INSCYD test but here is a very brief overview:
(There are 4 tests):
- 20-second SEATED sprint.
- 3-minute maximal effort.
- 6-minute maximal effort.
- 12-minute maximal effort.
The test is completed remotely either on the indoor trainer using Zwift or outside, using a downloadable structured workout. The efforts can either be completed all on one ride or we might decide to split the efforts onto two different days.
Being able to take real-world data from my athleteโs conventional training and having INSCYDโs software turn it into data which youโd often only be able to obtain only through specific lab tests saves us time and effort, and refines the quality of our job.
